Description
At the beginning of the will, Richardson states that his daughter Mary Waters is to be given "one negro girl named Maria". Continues to equally divide his multiple plantations between his wife and remaining children.

Includes a note at the end stating that it is his "will & desire" that his wife will have "for her own proper use my mallatto [sic] woman named Bess".
